Surrey County Council is the admissions authority for this school, but as we are so close to the borders with Sutton and Croydon, we have many families from these boroughs attending our school. All London boroughs and Surrey use eadmissions online application method, including for late applications. Each local authority has its own application form.

The closing date for applications (15th January 2023) has now passed. Please see Surrey County Council's Late Applications page to find out how to apply after the closing date.

National offer day was 17th April 2023. If you applied online, you can log in to eadmissions to view your school place offer that evening and you will also receive your offer via email that evening. If you applied on paper, you would have been written to on 17th April with details of your offer.

Surrey applicants must have accepted or declined your place by 2nd May 2023. Applicants from Sutton or Croydon Boroughs - please check the instructions in your offer email as normally you do not have to formally accept your place with the council; they assume you will be taking up the place unless you decline it.

*** All applicants - please also email school@wps.org.uk to let us know whether you will be accepting the place.  It is several weeks before the council admissions system is updated to let us know but we'd like to get new starter information and dates out to you as soon as possible.  If you are declining the space, please also let us know as soon as possible so that the place can be offered to an applicant on our waiting list. ***

Please see the tab below for how to appeal if you are unhappy with the school place you have been offered.
