All parents are automatically members of the PTA.

We aim to raise money for our children's school whilst having as much fun as possible!  All new ideas are welcomed and any help that you can offer, large or small, would be great.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to bring parents, staff and children together to strengthen the school community by advancing the education and wellbeing of the pupils in the school.

  We will do this by:

• Developing and encouraging effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school
• Engaging in fundraising activities which support the school and advance the education of the pupils

This year we are excited to be starting with a new committee team and to build on the great work that has been done by previous committee members. In particular our focus will be to maintain a fun, sociable and effective PTA which is at the heart of the school community. 

We will be increasing our volunteer network and aim to re-instate class reps who can champion and be the voice of the PTA across all year groups.

Matched Funding - Can you help?

Are you aware that there are hundreds of organisations throughout the UK who offer their employees the chance to increase their individual fundraising efforts by 'matching' the money they raise for their chosen charity?  

This would be a fantastic way to to help the PTA with little effort required as it’s usually a really simple process that costs you nothing other than some time to talk to your employer.

We would be really grateful if you could ask your employers if they offer a match funding scheme and let us know the details - your HR department is usually the best place to start!

 Donations 

Donations are always welcome

The PTA accept the following donated items throughout the year:

• Uniform: Jumpers and Cardigans, Skirts and Dresses (Winter and Summer), Trousers and Shorts, PE Tops/Bottoms/Hoodies.
• Wellies (any size)
• Christmas Jumpers (any size)
• Fancy Dress (World Book Day outfits, Halloween outfits, Period/Topic Costumes (e.g. Roman/Wartime....)

So any time you're having a clear out, please consider donating your pre-loved/pre-worn items.
